Second artwork from the Hell Keepers series.

From the lower hierarchies of damnation, he emerges, an under-graded sentinel- Hell Rozzer, bound not to mercy, but to vigilance. He does not strike. He observes. Beneath the vast shadow of his wing, the condemned are gathered like forgotten offerings, suspended in the long, suffocating pause before judgment remembers them.

Neither demon nor deliverer, he is a quiet custodian of anguish. One of Hell’s lesser guardians, entrusted with an eternal truth: suffering must be kept in order. In his presence, guilt finds no voice. It does not plead. It waits.
